All passengers receive a Silver Sleigh Bell from Santa – the first gift of Christmas.
All passengers in our Standard Class carriages receive a freshly baked cookie and cup of hot chocolate.
When booking in multiples of 4, you are guaranteed your own table(s), we won’t seat someone from another booking on your table(s).

Premium Tickets

Passengers in our festively decorated Premium Class carriages receive a freshly baked cookie and hot chocolate in a Polar Express™ disposable cup.
Premium Carriage ticket holders will also receive a unique for this year Souvenir Polar Express™ Ceramic Mug and one Bag per order to take home, these are not available to buy in the shop.
